Question 1

How many credits does it cost to generate an image?

Accepted Answer

Text-to-image generation costs 20 credits per image. Image-to-image generation costs 40 credits per image.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We process payments through Stripe and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit cards. When you select local currency, we also support local payment methods - for example, Chinese users paying in CNY can use Alipay or WeChat Pay.

Question 3

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Credit packs (one-time purchase): Never expire, keep them as long as you want. Subscription credits: Expire at the end of your billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Both types can be used together - our system automatically uses expiring credits first to avoid waste.

Question 4

Can I still use my credits after canceling my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After canceling, your subscription credits remain valid until the end of the current billing period. Credit pack credits are unaffected and never expire. You won't be charged again after the period ends.

Question 5

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. After cancellation, you won't be charged when the current billing period ends, but you can continue using the service until then.

Question 6

How do I check my credit balance?

Accepted Answer

Log in and go to your Account Settings to view your current credit balance, credit sources, expiration dates, and subscription status.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Please refer to our refund policy for details. If you have any questions, contact us at support@ai-headshot-generator.art
